Who we are looking for: 

​

• Independently licensed therapists, licensed in the state of Ohio (LISW, LPCC or LIMFT)

• Ready and able to dedicate time for a minimum of 10 client hours per week

• Ability to work fully remote over telehealth

• Strong clinical skills and timely documentation

• Trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, gender affirming, anti-oppression oriented approach to providing therapy with a passion for growth and ongoing learning

• Experience providing therapy virtually

• EMDR trained therapists (preferred but not required)

• Pay at $53–$75 per hour session (60% of all money received)​​
